Here at SERVPRO, we strive to “create happy customers”! This is why our three-step service response guideline is so important to us! Our certified crew is available for 24-hour immediate response emergency service. Our promise to you is that we will contact you, start mitigation services, and provide you with a report of your loss within only 13 hours of your initial call. Some exceptions may apply to certain conditions such as a local disaster compared to a regional storm disaster. However, our goal is to make it "Like it never even happened," as soon as possible!
Within one hour from notice of loss, a SERVPRO Franchise Professional will contact you to schedule services and estimates are free! Within four hours of notification, our SERVPRO crew is on-site to start the mitigation process. Within eight hours from notice of loss, a preliminary report of the loss will be communicated to the appropriate person by a SERVPRO Franchise Professional. In times of loss, we understand that time is of the essence, and we make it our priority to be there as soon as possible for our customers!
