Our experienced team at SERVPRO has served our local community for over 30 years by being "Faster to any size disaster"! During the past 30 years, we have seen a great deal of damage to commercial facilities. Mold, fire, smoke, soot, humidity, and water are just a few of the disasters we restore for our customers. In particular, fire and water disasters are two of our most common restorations. They are more common because these two losses often go hand in hand and cause a domino effect.

For example, we responded to a dry cleaner’s urgent call after a pile of recently dried clothes melted a large clothes bin, causing it to catch fire in his warehouse. Thankfully, the fire was detected, and the sprinkler system was activated, containing the fire and preventing it from consuming the rest of the facility. What was left behind was a great deal of damage and soot, but that is not all! Water from the sprinkler system had traveled throughout the entire facility, causing massive pools of water and drywall damage!

Our SERVPRO team quickly jumped into action by using our special equipment and certified cleaning expertise! Not only did we remove all of the standing water and smoke, but we also restored the drywalls to their previous condition. We used the dehumidifier to remove the lingering humidity leftover from the water damage as well!
